Terms for Ayurvedic doctors joining our platform
Doctor must hold a valid BAMS degree or MD in Ayurveda, registered with respective State/Central Ayurveda Council, and maintain active license throughout partnership.
Doctor may provide online consultations (video/audio/chat), educational courses, webinars, and mentorship programs through the platform.
Platform sets consultation fees. Revenue sharing: 70% to Doctor, 30% to Platform (including GST). Payments settled monthly within 15 days of month-end.
Doctor may create courses, conduct live classes, and mentor students. Revenue sharing for educational programs mutually agreed separately.
Maintain professional conduct, provide accurate diagnoses, issue valid prescriptions, respond to patient queries within 24 hours, maintain patient confidentiality.
Provide technology infrastructure, patient acquisition, payment processing, marketing support, and 24/7 technical assistance.
Agreement valid for 1 year, auto-renewable. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination for professional misconduct.
Doctor must comply with Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020), Ayurveda council regulations, and all applicable laws.
