Terms for Ayurvedic pharmacies joining AyurMed Network
Pharmacy must hold valid drug license under Drugs & Cosmetics Act, GST registration, and sell only authentic Ayurvedic/GMP-certified products.
Pharmacy can list classical formulations, proprietary medicines, herbal supplements, and wellness products. All products subject to platform approval.
Commission structure: 10-15% per order depending on product category. Settlements monthly within 15 days of month-end.
Pharmacy must process orders within 24 hours, ensure proper packaging, and arrange delivery within 3-7 days.
All products must be authentic, within expiry date, and properly labeled. Platform reserves right to conduct random quality checks.
Pharmacy may participate in educational awareness programs, product knowledge sessions, and wellness campaigns conducted through the platform.
Agreement valid for 1 year, auto-renewable. Either party may terminate with 15 days notice. Immediate termination for selling counterfeit products.
