Medicines & Products: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products. Refund processed within 7-10 business days.
Consultation Fees: Full refund if cancelled 2+ hours before appointment. No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Course Fees: 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment. No refund after course access is granted.
Damaged/Wrong Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery for free replacement or full refund.
